Xakrionddhul is committed to customer satisfaction and complies fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This Return Policy explains your rights and our process for returns, replacements, and refunds for Cardavion products purchased through xakrionddhul.ddd.
2. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Under the ACL, our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to:
- A replacement or refund for a major failure in quality.
- Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage arising from a major failure.
- A repair or replacement if the product fails to be of acceptable quality and this failure does not amount to a major failure.

3. Voluntary Return Policy (Change of Mind)
In addition to your statutory rights, we accept voluntary returns within 30 calendar days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
- The product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging.
- The product has not been tampered with, damaged by you, or used.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is provided.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or partially used dietary supplement products under this voluntary policy, unless a statutory consumer guarantee applies.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please retain the product and packaging and, where possible, provide photographs documenting the issue.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us using the details below with the following information:
- Your full name and order number.
- The reason for return.
- Photographs of the product and packaging (where applicable).
We will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed. Do not send products back without first receiving written authorisation from us.
6. Return Shipping
- For returns under statutory consumer guarantees (defective or incorrect products): we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- For voluntary change-of-mind returns: the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
We recommend using a trackable postal service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
7. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Timing of the credit appearing in your account depends on your payment provider.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under the voluntary policy:
- Opened or partially used products.
- Products returned outside the 30-day window without a statutory claim.
- Products purchased through third-party retailers (contact the retailer directly).
